Product Description

Coo-Var Stain Lock Sprayable Primer is a water based multi purpose primer and sealer designed to be applied to stains on a variety of interior and exterior surfaces, helping to prevent the stain from bleeding through subsequent coats. It can also seal knots on wooden surfaces, preventing resin from affecting paint that is applied to the wood.

Touch dry in 1 hour and hard dry in 2 hours. Leave 2 to 4 hours before overcoating.

Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and loose flaking material.

Mixing Instructions

Mix well before use.

Application Conditions

As dictated by normal good painting practice. Do not apply if the temperature is likely to drop below 7 °C during application or during the drying process. In confined spaces, provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.
